We have used Russ Auto Care ever since we moved here 6 years ago.  In addition to routine inspections and oil changes, we have an a range of repairs completed -- mufflers, water pumps, thermostats, fans, timing belts, front end alignments, ball joint replacement, etc.  They always do a good and prompt job for us.  They have been very good at identifying and fixing tricky problems in an older car.  They fix only what needs to be fixed and their charges always seem accurate & fair.

Although many items were required to pass inspection, nothing was padded and everything was completed in a timely and professional manner. When Randy says you need it, don't ask, simply go for it. He would not steer you wrong!

Thank you so much for helping us with our '07 Kia Rondo. I am new to the area, and found your website on the Internet. When I called Randy answered, after listening to my car woes, he said that I could the Rondo down and he would look at it when he had time that day!!!
Randy even offered a ride back home to our house in Bellevue after I brought the car down.
You were able to quickly diagnose what the Rondo needed (new brakes)!!!! Thank you for the prompt information call regarding price I appreciated all the communication and kind understanding, since we were not expecting any problems on our Rondo with 33,000 miles!!!

Russ Auto Care has been my mechanic of choice for my two vehicles.  Randy and his team have been very responsive when scheduling appointments and handling emergency services whenever I've called.  The pricing for services has been reasonable and I have been very satisfied with the results.

Randy and his crew have always been very accommodating making
every effort to get the car in quickly and diagnose the problem. 
There were times that the car was just too old to spend what it would
have cost to fix it.  Randy will tell you, rather than take your money.

They change a part...they'll show you the old part and
what the problem was.


To me... I like ad trust Randy... besides Russ Auto is local shop and

I had to write to tell you how pleased I am with the level of service
I received from your shop.

I was recommended to you by a friend because the auto mechanic
I used for over 20 years closed up shop to retire. needless to say,
I was skeptical that I would be able to find another place
to do business with who would  act in fairness. 
I am from the generation that has the stereo-type
belief which warns to 'watch out for used car salesmen
and auto mechanics'.  They will rip you off every time.

I am so happy to have found you!  You have banished that belief!

When I first called and spoke to your Office Manager, Nicole, I had a sense
that I might be in the right place. Her knowledge of car repairs and
her patience to answer all my questions in a polite fashion made me feel at ease.

Having decided to bring my vehicle to your shop, you proceeded to find
and fix the problem that perplexed others I sought for help. 
I later discovered through a little research,
I decided to do, that the price you charged to do the repair was more
than fair; actually, you could have charged more than you did
and still fallen within the 'fairness' boundaries.
I consider you folks my new mechanics!

Nicole just called to tell me that my 2001 vehicle is ready to be picked up. 
You guys inspected it for me and all it needed was two light bulbs. 
(I'm sure you are aware that you could have found a little something else
that 'needed' done to pass inspection. 
After all, the vehicle is 7 years old and
I was pretty much expecting to hear some 'bad' news
of what it might need to pass.)  But you didn't. 
Which brings me to my point exactly and the reason
I decided to write you.

I have found a shop that not only does quality work but is very conveniently located, employees people who know what they're taking about, conveys information in a polite way, and who are HONEST AND DO NOT OVERCHARGE even when you could easily do so.  A shop of integrity!  How blessed can I get!

I will recommend you to anyone and everyone.  You are certainly worthy of such a referral.  May God bless your business abundantly!
